During a personal class the trainer analyzes and controls the motions and when necessary makes corrections to ensure correct implementation of exercises. The trainer will create your personal training program. He will also diagnose the problems of muscle imbalances and propose necessary excercises to correct them.

The course instructor will teach you how to do the exercises, show correct breathing techniques and explain the basic principles, goals, muscle focus, mechanical movements and the potential for adverse effects, in case the exercises is performed improperly.

For yoga teachers (or even for you, who wants to learn the basics of yoga more deeper).
Course 200+ with practice and theory lessons (during 6 months) include: practice, theory, home exercises and a final exam.

The purpose of this program is to prepare qualified and inspired yoga teachers, who can share their wisdom with others through their inner practice and discipline. Because of direct contact with their experienced masters, everyday life of students will become independent learning process. Students will evolve both physically and on the level of mind, enjoying the rich life of yoga. To achieve maximum rewarding results, this preparing course will be intense.

The Mysore style of yoga asana practice is a particular way of teaching yoga within the Ashtanga Yoga tradition as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in the southern Indian city of Mysore. There are some differences in this method from the usual modern way in which yoga is taught:

• the class is not «led» as a whole but rather all instruction is one-on-one within the group class setting.
• students practice their own portion of the Ashtanga sequence of asanas at their own pace.
• the teacher assists each student individually by giving physical adjustments & verbal instruction.

PRIVATE LESSONS
